Good morning. Our records show that you have placed four orders since Novemebr 2024, your most recent one being on September 20th 2025. This review would appear to be about a different company.

I genuinely don’t understand how companies like this manage to stay afloat in 2025 with such a staggering lack of care and basic customer service. The product itself may be fine, but the company behind it cannot be trusted. I placed an order for an item clearly marked as in stock. Instead of sending what I purchased, they unilaterally decided to ship me a completely different product I cannot use. There was no communication, no approval sought—just a random substitution dumped in my lap. When I reached out, they offered an apology but refused a refund unless I returned the product I never ordered in the first place. To make matters worse, the item I originally wanted is now out of stock—so I’m left without the product I needed, stuck with something utterly useless, and my money tied up. All of this just days before I leave for a month-long trip. It’s not just inconvenient—it’s irresponsible, incompetent, and shows absolute disregard for the customer experience. Swapping products without consent is not just poor service, it’s unethical. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid this company at all costs.

Hi Gene - what were you expecting the product to do? It is a cosmetic spray that makes your hair look thicker?

I was able to order my product very easily selected a great color. I was updated through emails and texts on the progress of my purchase. It arrived in just days. I spray it on and my bald spot disappears. I love your product and I'm a fan for life.
