I got a different product than I thought I was ordering . I thought I bought an aerosol spray as that was the video on the advertisement. I ordered 6 salt and pepper sprays. What arrived was standard fibers, no aeorosol, 4 were salt and pepper, 2 were brown. Totally botched

We’re sorry to hear that there was confusion when ordering. The product that you ordered was the Hair Fibres we do not sell the spray in Salt & Pepper . We understand your concern regarding the colours received. Please contact us directly with your order details and we can arrange an exchange/refund.

I wound up with two bottles of powder when I wanted to spray

Hello Angelo - that's because you purchased our Mane Hair Thickening Fibers - not our Mane Hair Thickening Spray. The product descriptions are clear and there are videos you can watch. If you contact the office via the web site - we should be able to do an exchange for you. (there may be a price difference) Mane International

If you follow the instructions on the product and/ or web site - you will see it says quite clearly - leave to dry and also to apply the Mane Seal and Control spray afterwards. This will prevent the product coming off when you touch your hair. If you do not follow our advice and instructions - we cannot be responsible for the results.

Colors are off
Colors are off. Mid brown is a golden brown and dark brown is too reddish. Does not match my basic brown hair.
