I ordered the hat of fibers with the applicator. They don’t show how the applicator works. I don’t know how it works. I would love to see instructions of how it works.

There was absolutely NO customer service after purchase. It took a few weeks before anything regarding shipping was received. I contacted the company twice with no reply. The product is very expensive and mediocre at best. Save your cash-lots of better, cheaper options out there.

I placed my order almost a month ago and I still haven't received the product. Tracking says that a label was created January 6th and that's it.

So far, I’m not impressed or satisfied at all. I still have yet to receive my product and it’s been almost 2 weeks. This is probably a scam so I’m gonna be asking my credit card company for my money back. P.S… the company replied they look into my order. Again, haven’t heard a word back. Do not purchase from these people. It’s a scam!

Hi Jill. Thank you for leaving a review. We will see what has happened to your order. Apologies for the delay.
