Ordered the Royal Black bracelet. Arrived today after paying £20 customs fee as I’m in the UK. What a rip-off. Bracelet may fit my 10 year old nephew, I’m 6’2 with big wrists but they would not even go half way round my wrist. Stay clear

Really disappointed, uk delivery, I have now been charged an excess through customs for the delivery of one bracelet, there is a refusal of delivery from the post office until i have paid £34.97 additional. Please be aware that although it states free international delivery ,this does not include any charges that you will get from the customs uk side.

Made an order Saturday. Contacted for approximate shipping date, no response. Still no order number. Now I'll have to wait for the charge to cease pending to go through my bank. Pointless ads to my email but nothing about my order. I was hoping this wasn't some bull. And I refuse to keep emailing or utilizing a chat no one responds to

Just search 3 crown bracelet on google and you will find this cheap rebranded rubbish for $5 and not the price of $100 they are charging *after reply* It’s the same tat, I’ve purchased from you and from eBay and compared the two. You’re scamming people. *more* All positive reviews and comments on their Facebook and insta are fake. They delete all negative feedback. Don’t believe anything they say, they will try to manipulate you into thinking their products are better as the cheap $5 jewelry from eBay or aliexpress but it’s not. And that’s if they even send it at all after you purchase.

(These kind of reviews seem to look fake) As for your review - These $5 pieces you mentioned are replicas of our designs. If you dial into material details (Which you probably didn't), You will notice that these China based suppliers & all these new pop up pages that come on instagram are using copper for metal, Which will probably turn green after a short period of time. We offer a full refund if you purchase our item & these "$5" replicas (Not sure that the "$5" one will even arrive) and find them to be the same or better. We are the original designers of these items, our 50,000+ customer base knows this as well :) Each item we put out gets stolen 2-3 weeks later by China based factories, Just to produce them in the lowest quality they can. With 3 GQ Magazine features & a alot of well known celebrities wearing our designs, We are proud of what we are doing & achieving with our awesome community. We are based in Sparks, NV - USA. I ordered this bracelet a month ago the bracelet was lost during transit the company said it was no longer available there were sold out so I was given a different bracelet. The other bracelet was nice but not what I wanted . This is second time I have had a bad experience with this company 😩 I like the jewelry but the shipping process and to get ahold of someone is ridiculous

i ordered jewelry for $140 online. i received the product and was unhappy with the quality. i contacted them by email and they offered a return with a return label. i packaged the order up exactly as it came to me. i shipped it back and sent a follow up email a few days later. they said they received the items and were inspecting them. i didnt hear back so i followed up. they said they werent going to refund the money because the items had to be disposed. i emailed them saying that did not make sense because they were never worn. they then said they never received the items so they couldnt process a return. so now I have no product, am still out the $140. the tracking information shows it was delivered to them. there is no phone number to call and when i tried to leave a review on their website, it goes to the business to approve so i doubt it will ever be posted. Their response to this is absolutely not true! They were returned in the exact condition they arrived in. And the proof that you mention has not been provided to me by email, Instagram or this review response. Instead of “throwing the items away”, they should have been returned back to us. There is no mention of them throwing items away if they don’t accept the return. It’s an awful business practice to leave consumers without a product and without their money.

Hi Carmen, it is not fair not to use the right chronology. You wanted to return all the products and a return label was created so you can ship all of the items at our cost. The first response after your shipping was that the return has arrived but it is in line, waiting to be inspected. We asked you to follow up within a week if you are not automatically refunded so we can check if there was any problem. When you sent a follow-up email, checking determined that all of the items were not properly package and all of them had to be disposed of (and we have an official document to prove it). We did not claim after that that it's not received, the second reply was just like the previous one, that items had to be disposed off because of improper packaging. We are a well-established business and we're proud of so many satisfied customers and our refund policy (https://man-ique.com/pages/refund-policy) exists because we know that there is a possibility that not everyone will like our items and so we can provide quality guidelines to have our items returned and money refunded. We live in a tough times and we respect everyone's hard-earned money but there is also our side of the story. It is not fair to pay the shipping, pay the return of the items just to see those products disposed off & having to refund on top of it. Such behavior can push someone out of the business. I purchased a bracelet that took over 2 months to deliver. During the time reaching this company was impossible to get any answers, they take forever to respond if they respond at all. The quality and finish of the product is far from what they advertise. Very cheap looking and feel, fake gold. This company is a scam.
