I ordered a 3 bracelet set. After about 2 weeks one of the bracelets started to come apart. I reached out to Man-ique and with no questions asked other than a pic of the said bracelet and I was sent a brand new one. Customer service is A1 and the product is also!

I had purchased a few sets months back and 2 bracelets broke. Once I contacted customer service, they rectified the situation immediately. Excellent customer service!

This is definitely the real deal, the others are fake I would know as I have purchased from both, the customer service is outstanding and come back to you quickly, the delivery to Australia was less than a week on express, will definitely be ordering so much more to start a collection, Thank you Man-que.
