Never received it it’s still saying out for delivery

Ordered my bag weeks ago and have not received it. Truly unacceptable and will be raising yet another claim.

Really cheap and horrendous quality - inside of the bag has no lining, edges aren’t lined either, looks so bad

I paid £80 for the Charlotte bag advertised as leather, but the item I received is clearly not genuine leather and appears to be made from synthetic/plastic material. The quality, packaging and presentation also do not reflect what I would expect from an £80 leather bag. It was wrapped in cheap plastic. Actually can’t believe the scam this company is doing. I contacted the company to request a return and prepaid shipping label, as I do not believe I should have to pay to return an item that is not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and would urge other customers not to buy from here. The description is false as they advertise it as made from leather.
