Male hanger is my first compression hanger I've ever owned. I've been hanging for 3 months now. I've gained a quarter of an inch. I plateau at 7" 1/2 inches erect length. I used to use vacuum cup hanging, however, I would occasionally get blisters despite the taping technique. I couldn't hang more than 12 lbs. I'm currently at 7" 3/4 erect length (non bone pressed). My goal is to reach 8" inches erect length. I do two 20 min hanging sessions per day(currently hanging 17 lbs) My flaccid hang length was 4" 1/2 inches, now it measures around 5.2 inches. . I also use an X4 labs extender for 4-6 hours daily at home. Before my work shift, I switch into a leg strap vacuum cup ADS. If you're serious about adding length to your penis, choose the male hanger because it works, it takes consistency and dedication but the device does what it promises. Last but not least, it is affordable.

It is a well-made product. Durable, stable, no slippage. Gains regardless of the product take time & consistency. So, I will just keep (HWA) hang weight averaging.
