It is a well-made product. Durable, stable, no slippage. Gains regardless of the product take time & consistency. So, I will just keep (HWA) hang weight averaging. I little bit of hang bangs consistently & overtime will pay yields. Thanks for an innovative product from innovative dude as I am just trying to be a better version of myself. Good product, delivery option is UPS which sucks for me but still worked out in the end. Detailed How-To so you don't mess anything up.

We're sorry the shipping service used isn't what you preferred, but we are so glad to hear it worked out for you. We use a fulfilment center to pack our orders so we aren't able to choose the carrier chosen, only if it is standard, expedited, or international shipping. We appreciate this feedback and will be sure to share it with them and will update this on our website should it ever change.
