Did not receive jeans

Item says delivered, but it's not been delivered to this address. I have messaged them however I've had no response as of yet.

Order is shipped from India which is not listed anywhere! This incurred a massive Customs fee of almost 50% of my total order cost. DHL were rubbish and held my order after I paid this customs fee for an extra week. Item arrived way bigger than measurements given and smelling of mould! Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Still don’t have the product

Dreadful service! I do not recommend this company at all. I ordered in October and it is now mid December and no jeans yet!!! Don't waste your time and money. Did I mention Dreadful service.

Although I followed the company's instructions for measuring, the jeans they sent were too small in two places. Additionally, I wanted the color as shown on their site's sample but it wasn't a swatch selection. I emailed ahead of time asking how to get that color and was told to include that in the comment of my order. Still, I didn't get that color. When I contacted them about both issues, they refused a return and only offered me a small discount if I bought another pair—which I again would not be able to be sure they would fit or be the right color. Most companies that provide clothing online allow for returns, and build that into their price. For this price I thought I'd be able to do that ghtoto get it right but could not. Beware. They allow corrections on only a few selections.

I ordered a pair of Khakis at the same size as my jeans were made. The jeans fit well and the Khakis are too tight. The khakis are not advertised as a "guaranteed to fit" product so, MYOJ will not accept a return.
