Despite repeated requests over an extended period, the company has refused to return my songs — my own creative work and intellectual property. Every attempt to resolve this privately has been met with silence. At this stage, the pattern is unmistakable: the company has chosen not to return my material and has offered no explanation for its continued withholding. This behaviour reflects a complete lack of integrity. No organisation that values creators would ignore them, dismiss them, or retain their work without consent. I have given this company every opportunity to act responsibly, and it has consistently failed to do so. For this reason, I am making the situation public. I will no longer waste time appealing to a company that has shown no intention of correcting its actions. I am documenting this matter for transparency and will consider any further steps necessary to protect my work and my rights as a creator.

When I found out that one 5 minute video would cost me $30.00, I asked for a refund the next day after I signed up and did not use any credits at all. They never replied. All the bad feedback shown here must be true. They are scammers.

I paid for ”one time credits” and it says on my page that I have a free account. Yet they have been charging me monthly. I tried to find a way to cancel my subscription but since I don’t have one - I couldn’t. I’ve emailed the company and tried whats app as well. They don’t reply. If they keep charging me my bank has said I must close my debit card and get a new one. Stay away from this website! Also, you can’t close your account without contacting them - and how am I supposed to do that when they don’t even reply?

They give you 150credits on a 1 month plan, but if you want to make a video you need 900 credits so then they offer you an a la carte for more credits at a ridiculous rate. STAY AWAY from this website and try someone else.

You are constantly losing credits from glitches that are not your fault and that you can't get back plus you are getting songs that contain copyrighted material and are unusable. Customer service is non responsive and the company just block access to licenses already paid for unless you get a year's subscription.

Und obwohl der Support mir schriftlich bestätigt hat, dass es nur 4.000 Credits gibt, wird weiterhin mit „unlimited Credits“ geworben. schade das man hier keine Bilder einfügen kann Sehr schade, Makesong – so verspielt man Vertrauen und verliert Kunden.
