I used this service to generate a passport photo for my child to submit with a passport application. The official requirements clearly state that the background must be plain white without any shading, tint, or color artifacts. Unfortunately, the processed photo had a noticeable pink halo around my child’s head and neck area, making it non-compliant and unfit for official submission. I contacted customer support with the generated file attached, requesting either a corrected re-processing or a full refund. The company initially replied stating they would review the photo and background specifications and get back to me as soon as possible. Over two months have passed since that acknowledgment, and they never followed up. When I sent a subsequent email asking for an update, they completely ignored it. I strongly advise others to avoid this service. The automated processing failed to meet basic official specifications, and the support team completely abandoned the issue after collecting payment.

i dont know why there is no communication between consumer and service provider? its clear sign of fraud and wasting money and time, if you dont know how your freaking ai photo editing works, then dont waste people time and money, better do something else, please return the money i paid for nothing

New Zealand passport photo required. It met all the size requirements but was rejected by the passport office as being of poor quality.

I requested a French passport size, and the picture does not meet the requirements. I sent an email requesting to fix, no reply.

Payment Transaction failed. Website is easy to use and AI tool is good but on payment page it get freezes. I have tried multiple times but same error. More over there is no support, no response to email.

This is a scam, the photos are watermarked and can not be used officially as intended.

I paid for the photos and when I tried to download it said 'can't get...'. There is no phone number, so I mailed them twice on their email id, but no one has bothered to respond back. They have not even refunded my amount. I don't know if it is a legitimate or not.

I loaded the photo , made the payment and it had please wait for 40 mins and then crashed, so my money has been taken and I have no photo and any link to e mail the company doesn't exist. Please can someone get back to me so I can either process the order or get a refund
