Over two months have passed since that acknowledgment, and they never followed up. When I sent a subsequent email asking for an update, they completely ignored it. I strongly advise others to avoid this service. The automated processing failed to meet basic official specifications, and the support team completely abandoned the issue after collecting payment.

i dont know why there is no communication between consumer and service provider? its clear sign of fraud and wasting money and time, if you dont know how your freaking ai photo editing works, then dont waste people time and money, better do something else, please return the money i paid for nothing
