Pay attention before purchase this product!
When I bought the Shisha set in 2021 I had the confirmation of the spare parts availabilty. A couple of years ago I replaced the broken diamond and no issue there. Few days ago I've contacted the customer service by whatsapp for the glass vase replacement but they do not have separate spare parts for this product. I insist 3 or 4 times but they don't provide it. So, pay attention before buy this product becouse M. ROSENFELD will not assist you ! I suggest to don't buy it !
