When I bought the Shisha set in 2021 I had the confirmation of the spare parts availabilty. A couple of years ago I replaced the broken diamond and no issue there. Few days ago I've contacted the customer service by whatsapp for the glass vase replacement but they do not have separate spare parts for this product. I insist 3 or 4 times but they don't provide it. So, pay attention before buy this product becouse M. ROSENFELD will not assist you ! I suggest to don't buy it !

I cannot really recommend Mark enough and find the right words to express my gratitude and appreciation to his work with me throughout the programme. Mark is absolutely the most genuine and insightful relationship coach. I so appreciated his thoughtful and well structured approach and I learned so much about myself and about relationships. I found Mark in my 50s, after a bad divorce and then a breakup and I was just determined to change things. With Mark, I went on this journey of discovery where I learned so much about relationships and my part in them. And what I could do to show up in different more productive ways. Mark is fantastic at what he does. I had a history of failed/bad relationships and never really understood where/why I was getting it so wrong. I have a rule: I only want to take relationship advice from men. Why? Because they understand men and through them, I can understand them better, too. I've listened to so many experts and I found Mark's messaging to be the most helpful so I hired him as a coach. I am now in an amazing relationship and can truly say that Mark has been instrumental in our love story. I came across Mark’s YouTube channel in 2018 and learned so much from it. So I decided to reach out and work with him 1-on-1. I had Mark as my personal coach and I only worked with Mark. It was life changing!
