I recently closed on a property in Cleveland, and working with Aaron Suiter, Andrea LaPierre, and the team at Beeline Loans was hands-down the smoothest loan I've ever had. This was my very first DSCR loan, so I had plenty of questions. Aaron and his team were incredibly responsive, patient, and informative throughout the entire process. What stood out to me the most was their attitude—instead of looking down on me as a first time DSCR borrower, they genuinely made me feel like they were there to partner with me and help me succeed. On top of the stellar customer service, Beeline offered me the absolute best rate out of all the lenders I got quotes from. I couldn't recommend Aaron and Beeline enough!

I went through whole sign up process, submitted all requested documentation and for my efforts never received any return calls, feedback or responses. I cannot speak to their actual loan services as their customer service never delivered.

Went through the whole process said 10% down 6% get a phone call they said 20% down is minimal and its 8% interest on a statement loan. I bet they were rebuttal and say it had something to do with my credit or statement.But the funny part is, they never did a credit check or pull and they never reviewed any of my statement. The very first questions asked were, what would be the down percent. And what would be the interest rate on this loan product And it immediately did not match what the website said it was. Website lies fools you to put in a application. Wouldn't recommend.

Would stay away. Louis and Jamie will string you along and then ghost you.
