I am a long-time real estate investor. This was a typical closing cycle for this particular deal, right around 5 weeks. We were supposed to close on a Tuesday, but didn't close until 3 days later on that Friday. The seller in particular was really getting nervous that we would be unable to close at all much less on time. It really got nerve-racking towards the end, and it was much more stressful than it should have been. On the other hand, the terms were great. We shopped 3 other lenders and they had the best terms. So if you can actually make it to the closing table with this lender, that's great. But if you want a smoother, on time closing, you may want to go with another lender.

Excellent lender for refi. Closing costs and interest rate were the lowest of all lenders compared. Process was very streamlined and both TJ and Abby were very responsive and worked diligently to get all info needed to close in timely manner. Closing was convenient and title company came to me.
