Ordering and shipping went well. The book mark fabric is different than advertised and does not have the edging shown in the ad. It is stiff Aida fabric with the coloured design on the bookmark. I thought it was counted cross stitch. When I received it the book mark was partially folded and creased. I will have to buy a blank Aida bookmark to cross stitch the design on. The kit comes with DMC floss so that’s great.

Product thinner than expected. Not sure if it will be useful. It has lots of different size holes but doesn't have any measurements next to them. Most knitting needles and crochet hooks already have sizes on them so tool not necessary. Maybe I'm trying to use it incorrectly.

I am disappointed in the actual size of the product I purchased. While I failed to seek out the actual measurements, I feel the photos presented in the ad were misleading. The delivery service seemed quite long, but I'm aware of today's shipping environment.

Slow shipping, while the product resembles the shape and size as marketed, the sheet metal is thin and flimsy and arrived bent from shipping. Even after attempting to flatten or straighten the sign it now resembles a cheap tacky product.
