Took a long time to get here but other than that, service was wonderful. Would definitely recommend.

On time, exactly as ordered. Thank You.

I was kept informed all the way about my Order. I love the Order and will make a great present for a cross-stitch friend.

While surprised the item originated in Italy per the shipment tracking, I was impressed by how relatively quickly it arrived given how small a piece it is. Whilst the size is perfect for this appliqué, I was also impressed by the quality and appearance, and applying it to my vehicle was a breeze, using high quality 3M adhesive tape backing no less. Definitely worth the price and a fun addition to my vehicle.

The pens are beautiful. The verses are inspiring and the pens work well.

At the time of purchase, the website indicated that delivery would take between 5 and 7 business days. My order took more than 20 days to arrive. As for the product, it was what I expected.

Product looks well made. Delivery took a bit longer than expected. I think that a bit of cardboard backing would help keep the sticker flat.

The sticker stay another day is very well made and stays on the window. The shipping was faster than expected.
