Unfortunately the product you purchased from Georgia to your destination in Malaysia was stuck in transit and there was a problem with DHL delivery which was beyond our control. We tried to contact you via email several times to inform you about the issue but did not receive a response. We have refunded your payment in full and we sincerely apologize for this negative experience.

We are really sorry for the delay which was due to holidays in South Korea and our vendor brand's stock shortage. Our records show the bag was delivered on March 18th. We are working really hard to improve deliveries and thank you again for your feedback!
