Consistency at the top of their game, this is my third order with Maison La Fleur Great web site, incredibly helpful & responsive to change of delivery instructions, when the customer gets his dates wrong ( sorry guys 🤭 🙏 ) Definitely the go to Florist for that WOW factor, Thank you

The card i personally filled out was…
The card i personally filled out was not delivered and the quality was not as I expected. Arrangement had a big empty spot in the middle. The majority of the flowers were cut real short and placed on the bottom edge and petals were falling off before she could even bring them home.

Maison La Fleur offered excellent customer service, both over the telephone and then over text messages. I worked with Valentina, who went above and beyond for my flower order. She cared, followed through, understood my needs and fully delivered. They even sent me photos of the flowers I ordered. I would definitely recommend this flower shop. Not only do they offer beautiful flowers, but have truly valued me as a customer and went above and beyond. Thank you Valentina.
