Great timing and selection.
Great timing and selection. Disappointed in quality of the flowers. Some branches in the mix bouquet were dying the next day :( Was hoping they could last at least couple of days.

Better communication
The flowers were amazing! I arrived to find that the bouquet was already done. However, I had purchased it online based on the picture on the website, expecting the paper to do the bouquet pink. I understand that changes may occur, but it would have been nicer if there had been some communication before any decision was made. Nevertheless, the flowers were still amazing and did the impression I wanted.

Homedepot bucket
Hello, flowers beautiful. Just the detail they came in a Homedepot bucket killed your service.

Hi Tony, You’re absolutely right — using a Home Depot bucket is not acceptable and doesn’t reflect our brand. Unfortunately, we had 100 roses going out at once and no suitable containers available at that moment to keep the flowers hydrated. That was a mistake, and we sincerely apologize. I used your Company for many years
I used your Company for many years, yesterday had 100 roses delivered to my house for my wifes Mother's Day 5/12/25 & very surprised the Roses at the price I paid was not in any type of display or vases, just wrapped together. A bit disappointed.

Flowers are pretty but
Flowers are pretty, not as pretty as I expected for the price. And I left very simple notes that’s weren’t followed. I also called many times to confirm and no answer for 2 days.
