Good support, problem solved
We did not expect much support on the free plan, so this was a pleasant surprise. The issue with Cyrillic characters had been there for a while, but the team followed up and it is now resolved. Thank you Support team

Great transactional email service with a smooth developer experience
I’ve had a very positive experience with MailerSend so far. The platform is clean, modern, and easy to integrate, especially from a developer perspective. The documentation is well structured, the API is straightforward to use, and the setup process was simple overall. What I especially appreciate is the professional verification process and the focus on legitimate transactional email usage. Support communication has also been clear and helpful during onboarding. Best Customer Support (Human..i think)
The customer support provided by Mark was amazing. Setup was pretty easy and we hope for a long hassle-free relationship sending emails to our members.

Amazing product, even better customer support!
MailSend is a great product, easy to use and very intuitive. Configuration and usage are seamless but the best part so far has been the customer support and how responsive and helpful they are. I am super impressed, and I definitely recommend them.
