Horrible
I used them for years and their site is a bit clunky but it worked. Then suddenly when I had to have something forwarded to me internationally I ordered FedEx as I had in previous times (Since I live in Latin America). They decided to send it by US Postal Service. That does not work in Latin America. When I contacted them they said they do not offer FedEx any longer (though it was an option on the site) and were very rude to me and tried to blame it on me. The credit card I forwarded for $37 never arrived and it has been months. I have since found many less expensive options and am in the process of changing. I have no interest in being treated like trash and a company that refuses to deal with any other carriers besides the USPS.
