I have been using Magzter since 2018. It's an app I always carry on my phone, tablet and also on my Mac. Ashley helped me with the renewal process this year.

Following issues with voucher redemption, I found the customer services quick to respond and clear in the necessary actions to take to overcome the issue. Once online and using the subscription, the platform is far easier to use than my previous online magazine provider. Highly recommended at this early stage of use.

I paid my subscription which had more than doubled since the last year and then couldn't access the site. I waited until the next day and tried unsuccessfully again. I found it hard to contact the company and attached the receipt to my email as proof of payment. Two or three days later I was sent a proforma on how to fix the problem and was able to get in and read

Good Android App UI, it's features, availability of important newspapers & magazines and fantastic customer support.
