MagsStore is ok if you don’t have to ever return a product.
MagsStore is ok if you don’t have to make a return. After waiting 6 weeks, after I paid return Shipping, and I cancelled the order BEFORE it was shipped weeks after promised ship date. MagsStore decided to ship the book after I cancelled. MagsStore STILL charge me a restocking charge ? No Explanation for the shorted refund so I have to guess why my refund was shorted. There are a lot of book sellers out there.. AVOID MagsStore/Buyer BEWARE. MagsStore plays by their own rules, not with integrity. Lesson learned. Here fyi I am a retired 70 year old Army E8. I understand integrity. MagsStore does NOT.

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and apologize for any confusion regarding the refund amount. We would like to clarify that, in cases where an order is returned after it has been shipped, it is standard practice to refund the cost of the book after deducting the applicable shipping and handling charges. These charges are not retained by Magsstore as a restocking fee; they are costs paid to the shipping carrier for handling and delivering the package to the customer. Once the order has been shipped and delivered, these charges are not refundable to us by the shipping agency. We understand that this may be frustrating, particularly given the circumstances of your order, and we sincerely apologize that this was not clearer to you at the time of the refund. We always aim to be transparent and fair with our customers, and we regret that your experience led you to feel otherwise. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and will review how we communicate return and refund deductions to help avoid similar confusion in the future. Regards, Team Magsstore
