Everything was good just one little thing..
Everything was good. The earrings I ordered were missing a gold piece that was supposed to be hanging so there’s a little gap in between the gold pieces. May not be noticeable but it will bug me unfortunately.

I needed a smaller size
I needed a smaller size, so I wanted to exchange. I talked to a young lady that explained the process very clearly and patiently. Looking forward to receiving my smaller jacket. Jane

Unfair return policy
I am giving a 2 due to the return policy, I think you should have 7 days for full refund, only store credit is not right.
Response from magnoliaboutique.comAug 12, 2024
Hi Patricia! Thanks so much for your review! We appreciate genuine customer feedback. We hear where you're coming from and can understand how much more convenient it is to receive a refund instead of store credit. We will share your suggestion with team as we are always looking for ways to improve. Thank you again for your review.
