The order took longer to ship than stated. I contacted the company and never heard a response.

Excellent Service & Merchandise!
Initially, my package hadn’t arrived but that was due to USPS not Magnolia Boutique. Once I received my package everything I ordered was superb! Definitely will order again! I would recommend using another shipping company! 😊

I absolutely loved my items
I absolutely loved my items! The fit was perfect and the shirt was so soft! Unfortunately, my boyfriend put my shirt in the washer and dryer without my consent and took away the softness of it, but it still fits. 😂 He tried!

Order has still not been received after…
Order has still not been received after 9 days and order tracking has been unreliable and misleading

Nice product, poor customer service…
Ordered a sweater for my daughter on Cyber Monday and wanting to use the 40% off discount. Somehow, I registered for a discount but it was 20%. Caught it right away, on the same day, but through email (no access to Magnolia by phone), was eventually told the order would have to be cancelled and a new order placed to get the discount. I wrote back right away to indicate that's what I wanted to do. Magnolia wrote back the next day and said that it was too late, the order was already fulfilled. I didn't get a message that the order was fulfilled and that it was ready for pick-up, so I wrote the next day and asked about it. Magnolia then sent an order pick-up email to me. So, merchandise was good, but price and customer service were not good.
