The items did not fit according to the sizing recommendations and are final sale items. I was looking forward to adding these staple items to my wardrobe however they are both too small.

10 dollars to return clothes that are poor quality and don’t look like the pictures? I’m never shopping here again.

In regards to the return...we do offer a free return label with package protection for only $2.98 when checking out. That covers everything. I ordered item 6/7 received 6/16 Item arrived with visible defect in the crochet portion. I reached out 6/17 to inquire about replacement or return. I enclosed picture of visible damage as well. A week went by with no response I sent another email NO response I reached out via return portal with no reply Its NOW 7/2 and I have yet to receive a response regarding return process I would not exchange at this point as I want nothing to do with this boutique and there HORRENDOUS customer service not to mention sending very visibly damaged item BUYER beware !

Received my order rather quickly. I am mid aged and love many of your items. They are fashionable and work for younger women and mid aged. Not all boutiques work for women in their 40s and 50s. Many carer to the younger girls.

I didn't like how the top was a bright yellow in the picture & then when it came it was a darker yellow more olive. Your Return was fast & simple - that's 5 stars & 100%
