We had a great refinancing/loan experience with Dmitriy Blenis "Vice President & Branch Manager", and the entire team of professionals. I can truly say there was zero stress throughout this entire process. He stood true to his promise of assisting us when others made empty promises. He will forever have referrals from us. 5 stars isn't enough, wish I could give him 100 stars.

I had a great experience with Dan and Greg. I had dealt with a few other companies prior to Magnolia and the numbers just didn’t work. Greg and Dan took the time to go over everything, make sense of it all, explore my options, and made the transaction very smooth. They were very easy to reach via all methods if I had questions. I will be recommending Magnolia to anyone I know that is looking for a home mortgage or re-financing.

I had an outstanding experience with Dan and Greg. They were amazing — professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. I’ve never had such a pleasant, stress-free mortgage process. They completed a full refinance in under two weeks and kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and friendly service.

Dan and Greg made my loan process so easy. I have been a realtor for over 30 years and I have seen it all. My loan had unusual circumstances and they made it streamline from the beginning to the end.

From the start you can sense this bank wants to make loans. Dan Mason started with ease and confidence , Greg carried out the paperwork and helped smooth all the wrinkles . They were all so good and different from other banks that i checked with Federal Reserve that bank was legit !! I could not believe in 40 years of borrowing that a bank could be so straight forward and EASY. Interest rate from beginning was perfect - never changed ( a lot go up during loan process at other banks) fees were less. My loan closed in record time- and closing was easy in my home. What more could you want in a bank! Thankyou Dan, Greg and all at Magnolia Bank.
