Made a $7K+ bedroom furniture purchase online, the same furniture went on sale 10 days later, called customer service and spoke to Dela - she was outstanding; applied the discount no questions asked and processed the refund. Dela was very pleasant to deal with!

Very hesitantly, after reading all the one-star reviews with people complaining about their orders not processed/not shipped, etc..I ordered $55 worth of Weck glass jars. I received my order in 4 days in excellent condition. Packaged very well to prevent breakage. So magnolia.com is not a scam website. Sorry about the people whose orders were lost/not shipped. Not sure if it's a hit or miss company. But it worked for me.
