I ordered an item for a very special event with plenty of time for delivery. Magnolia took so long to ship that we didn't receive it until after the event. Now, they want to charge me $9.50 to return it. I explained the situation to customer service and requested they waive the fee. They refused and blamed me for trusting the promised delivery date they originally provided. After reading other reviews I can see this is a pattern for this company. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I'm sad to say that the Magnolia brand has gone downhill from when it started. I used to love Magnolia and purchased many, many things from them. Early on, everything was of superb quality and I was willing to spend money for high quality items. Over the years the quality has deminished so significantly that I will no longer risk a purchase that I'm likely to need to return and pay restocking fee and shipping. What put me over the edge was most recently when I purchased a small drink table. The quality was so bad, with a terribly fake looking finish painted to look like metal. I submitted a review diplomatically stating this fact, and it was never posted to their site. I contacted them asking why, stating that I depend on other's reviews and was disappointed to learn that they filtered out critical/ negative reviews. I received no response. VERY disappointed in this brand.

Very cheap quality I should’ve checked Trustpilot. I just received some items and had to find out how I can give them a bad review. The dish cloths look like they’re from Walmart and the hooks that I purchased were extremely small and bend very easily. How are you supposed to hang things on them if they bend??

I would give it zero stars. Most of their items are poor quality. Their sales are a joke. They post up to 60% off. Try and find ANYTHING on their site for 60%. Even with a sale everything is overpriced. And to top it off, I put over $250 worth of merchandise to buy and these jokers want to charge me $34 to ship it. They bumped their heads.😡 A class action suit needs to be filed against this company that advertises discount percentages and discount coupons then at check out time, it always says " discounts do not apply to these items". 😡. Do not buy anything from this company. They are thieves.

Within 24 hours of trying to purchase a small item My credit card was compromised with fraudulent charges across the board. Had to freeze card and apply for new one. Tracked it to their website. Even though the website gave me a confirmation I never received a confirming email. Luckily I printed the screens and have kept them. Received strange shipment confirmations from China almost immediately afterwards. None of their customer service email addresses or phone numbers found on the web are still functional. When I log into the account that I had started with them it shows I never purchased anything.

Very disappointed. Poor product quality and poor customer service. Was never able to connect to customer service. Return process is difficult and expensive.

A fake company. Never recieved my items now 4 months since ordering. Company has stopped answering my mail.

Ordered pickleball rebound net in October 2025. Waited and emailed, waited and emailed. Finally, in January 2026 order cancelled and refund promised in 7-10 working days. 15 days later and an email to them every day but still no refund. Avoid like the plague. Would give zero stars if possible.
