If I can give no stars
If I can give no stars, I would !!!! Your customer service sucks!! Made an order in September and still have not received it. Emailed and called. At this point I want my money back and I’ll go elsewhere!

Amazing Customer Service and Even Better Products
My neck had been stiff for several months. A friend gifted me a set of the Magnetic Kit. The relief seemed to happen in minutes. I had contacted Customer Service (CS) several times with product questions prior to ordering them for my friends. Responses were quick (most times within minutes) and reps were friends, and very knowledgeable. There was a slight defect in one of the magnets. CS issued me a return immediately. I definitely recommend purchasing the Magnetic Kit!

Magnets falling out of Copper Bracelet
Purchased a copper bracelet from this company not long ago and all of the magnets are falling out from inside the band. Very disappointing. Cheap product lacking quality.

Junk Band
The removal of the Pin to adjust the bracelet is an idiotic design that requires a jeweler maginfying glass - because the tool breaks with the slightest mis-alignment. 'Designed in the USA' - how embarassing.
