Steph, thank you for this incredibly thoughtful feedback - this is exactly the kind of detail that helps us get better. We're so glad your daughter loved seeing herself in the story and that the quality came through. And honestly? Your points about the title personalization, character placement, and the missing blue/orange pages are spot-on. The fact that you were flipping back thinking pages were stuck together tells us we created confusion where there should've been completeness. That's on us. We're always evolving these stories based on feedback like yours, so please know this isn't falling on deaf ears. The Colorverse concept has so much potential, and you've given us a clear roadmap for making it even better. Thank you for the kind words about our team, and most importantly - for the honest, constructive input. We really appreciate you taking the time to break this down so clearly. All the best to your daughter and her adventures, The Magic Story Team

Hi Carly 💜 Thank you so much for sharing your feedback — we’re thrilled to hear you loved the illustrations and that you saw your son featured throughout his story! ✨ We completely understand that The Emotion Emporium can feel a bit complex for younger readers who are still learning about emotions. We’d love to send you another book that might be a better fit for your son’s age — something a little lighter and more playful! Please reach out to our team at https://help.magicstory.com/contact , and we’ll be happy to help you choose and send a replacement. 💫 Warmly, The Magic Story Team

Hi there 💜 Thank you so much for sharing your experience — and we’re truly sorry that the first version of your granddaughter’s book missed the mark. We completely understand how important it is for her to see herself represented accurately in her story. ✨ Good news — your replacement book with our upgraded personalization is now printing and will be on its way very soon! We hope the new version feels just right and that the enhancements wow you both. ✨ Warmly, The Magic Story Team
