This is a bait and switch company. I reached out to get an explanation and I spoke with some idiot named runbo. What the website claims they can do and what they actually do is tremendously different. Not in a good way. If you are looking to create videos, avoid this fly by night operation.

I'm 62 years old, visually impaired, and have spent much of my life working in creative fields. I have to say, Magic Hour has been nothing short of extraordinary! As someone with significant vision loss, I find Magic Hour incredibly easy to use, packed with amazing features, and the end results are beyond impressive. I'm confused about their rating, and I can only assume that, in the highly competitive AI field, competitors leave negative reviews to make competitors look bad. Over the years, I have learned to use many software programs; I can't imagine learning many more, but Magic Hour has, without a doubt, made my life better. Don't believe the reviews; take a chance, and I promise you will be thrilled with the outcome.

I signed up and supposedly received 400 credits—but they vanished into thin air just as quickly as I had supposedly acquired them. All it kept saying was "Add 100 credits and generate." But absolutely nothing was generated. It wasn't even clear whether the tool was actually generating or waiting for more credits. I've never tried a more deceptive and useless tool than this one. I guess it’s just about stealing and misusing data. Same old story.

The AI Image Editor tool is amazing! It saves me so much time from manually editing an image or outsourcing it to an editor, and is so straight-forward/simple to use. There is also an ample amount of models to choose from, to cater to your standards.

i started using magichour 3 months ago to run ai generated ugc content on tiktok / instagram for my marketing campaigns for my ios app. So far the experience has been amazing. They are cheaper compared to other providers in the market and provide you with all of the models that are available out there to choose from. The results have been decent and id say its a bang for the buck

The ‘ai music generator’s’ daily free quota of three tracks is actually rather meagre; the exported WAV files are only 30 seconds long each. I haven’t tried any other services, so it’s difficult to say whether this company offers any guarantee of quality.
