It was a good experience overall, the store page was well-organised a d the products are as good as they advertise. Even the product that we receive shows the love and care they put in the packaging! My only suggestion for them is to kindly make better tracking for shipping process. The tracking ID they gave me was not found on DTDC tracking website. Granted the product arrived on time as they mentioned, but still, it would be nice to know the progress of our package delivery.
