This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to get in touch so will just leave the review here for everyone to read. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS. I was playing on Gonzo’s quest on the 9/5/2024 approximately around 7:20am. I was using my bonus funds where I’d won over £150. I do understand that I had to wager so much in the promotions tab to actually turn my bonus funds into actual money to withdraw, which I did shorty after. I got down to around £110 and then my account balance dropped to around £7? I want to know why this is? I met your requirements and I’ve now lost out on over £100 because of it. SCAM of a company.

Wouldnt bother, dont win. Not even a small win compared to your deposits. Waste of time and money.

Having read the previous negative reviews I falsely believed this would have been down to individuals losing financially from this gambling website. I was wrong. I urge you please not to spend any money on this casino. I don’t believe it meets industry standards, the ‘bonuses’ are non existent, i couldn’t permanently self exclude, it’s virtually impossible to find the withdrawal option. I’ve never said this about any online casino before but I genuinely feel this one could be fraudulent. If not, it will be the worst online casino you will have ever played.

My second review !! I’m struggling to write this without raising my blood pressure you need shut down I’ve continued to play your site and you most definitely for sure have issues with bonus/scatters/features and payouts that you would expect to be paid out for high vol games these payouts were so low but took so long to play for ! How is this even possible ? I’ve now spent thousands through games and received withdrawals of my own deposits which is all I can get never more. If on average a game will only pay out every £100-£300 each game how is that fair ( and this is across all games I’ve played ). My play ends up being negatively played and stressful as I can’t get over the payouts !! Players have a right to play for fun not question every spin and it’s awful out come ? I’ve played most of these game across other sites and they no way they way this site plays them ( no feature wins on any ?) was one of my main concerns along with scatters you maybe need your games looked into as a site I wouldn’t say your responsible for the outcome but as a site maybe look into why your games play so poor it’s totally lacking any responsible fun safe play if on average I would need to deposit over £500 to play and I maybe would get all of 3 wins to low to even build !! I normally would only deposit £20-£50 I’ve deposited rediculous amounts as like I said the night you deposit and more you more likely to get a win this shouldn’t be how it works !

Rtp much lower than stated, less scatters on reels therefore very few bonus rounds. A greedy company who couldnt care less about fairness only about making money. Iv closed my account and wont play at any of their sister sites either, Rank group are the worst.

Totally locked out of my account when I go onto site it’s says that the site is not available in my country really been playing for a couple of years can’t even contact customer service as it won’t allow me to even chat to a advisor it’s also doing it on regalwins , luckyvip rialtocasino and thevic which are all of the same company

Magical are shocking! Customer service non-existent. If you ever get a reply they don’t actually get the issue and give the bog standard ‘can’t be bothered to actually help’ response about cookies/cache…. Don’t even try going to the complaints team because they’re as bad across the whole of Rank. Looking at other reviews I’m not alone. Never using them again - even if they ever solve the issue of all three sites thinking I’m outside the UK for two weeks solid… I’m not but you know, I have screenshot evidence but there’s ‘no issue’ their end…. 14/3/24 You’ve just proved a point, Rank, that you don’t actually pay any attention to details by signing your reply from Kitty Bingo 🤷‍♀️ And I’ve emailed you countless times on that email and YOU’VE DONE NOTHING TO SOLVE THE ISSUE EXCEPT EMAIL BACK WITH ‘clear cookies/history’.
