I've reached out to MageWorx support multiple times over the years, and each time they've been very responsive and sincere in their efforts to address my issues. In the past I'd brought up a couple of issues where they'd either agreed that my concern was valid and would be addressed in the future, or had a conversation with me where we'd agreed that the issue was nuanced. I don't typically expect that kind of sincere conversation with support teams, so I appreciated it. Most recently I reached out about a technical issue and the support team understood the issue and provided a quick workaround. Our issue was resolved within a couple of days, and I'm satisfied with how it went. I'd recommend MageWorx for their useful Magento 2 extensions and their support.

Good customer support in no time

Quality extensions, every time. I never have to worry about questionable code, and the extensions always do what they claim. Given the range of options out there, it's nice to know when you need to extend your eCommerce site functionality, you can pick up a MageWorx extension without worrying whether it will be unsupported in 6 months, or fail to deliver on functionality or performance. And on the occasion that you run into issues, their support is excellent.

I could not remember how long we're working together with Mageworx. Seems like a decade :) We've met through their excellent Magento extensions like SEO Ultimate, Shipping Suite, and others. They've proven their skills back then and we've started to use their development and upgrade service for our Magento sites. Helped us to upgrade from M1 to M2 and since then they keep support us monthly with our minor and major requests. Mageworx is one of those excellent team out there if you need help with your Magento project. We're lucky to have such a team behind our services. Well done guys! Excellent service!
