Quick support beyond expected
Quick support. They were able to fix an issue with one of their extensions not displaying well with our custom theme, which is outside of the normal scope of support, for free. If you've dealt with any other Magento extension developer companies, you are undoubtedly aware of the blame loop when trying to get any support. Extension companies blame the theme companies, who blame the extension companies, who blame Adobe, who blames the theme companies, etc. It's great to see a company actually stand behind their product and provide useful support.
