MajespakexReviews of magespacex.com

Installed the pos, we were definitely looking for this type of pos. we are delighted with pos and also all the customisation.

Pos is great however I encountered a problem with the installation of the plugin on my server Pwa pos, I did not immediately contact support, because communication was only through email and usually it is very long. I had nowhere to go and still wrote a ticket. To my surprise, the support team worked perfectly. Even when my initial problem was solved, I was helped with further questions, and most importantly also very quickly I highly recommend everyone to use the support.

In extension, there are a lot of functionalities that I found much more flexible than other platforms, especially when you add plugins. The interface isn't the most beautiful/user friendly, so there's a lot of details you need to check and test to make sure it works well. What I must say, though, is the support team is excellent and has gone above and beyond to make things work for us - e.g. editing the coding in the pos to make it compatible with the backend. Excellent support from James. He responded very clearly and with detailed information to all the queries with patience without any hesitation. Happy with the support.

I have received excellent support from magespacex for the POS extension. It makes coordination of online and in-store sales a breeze. Very easy to use. No need to maintain multiple inventories. Unlike other POS systems for Magento 2, you don't need to purchase core features - like various users and reporting. I was also able to customise to allow for Stripe payments before we had a card swiper. I'm looking forward to purchasing this Pos again for another client in the coming months. Thanks for your all efforts in making this unique POS system.

We bought a Pos system with order fulfilment. We tested their demo, and with Awesome support for even awesome products. One can't go wrong by choosing Magespacex and their products. Very fast and excellent support! You never have to wait more than 12 hours, usually they answer in just a few hours. All problems and questions regarding the module were promptly resolved. Thank you!

I called perfect magento 2 Point of sale system. Thanks for assistance as I was having issues with the receipt dispenser. Soon as the advisor came on the email, I started having issues with my internet connection. My issue was resolved in practically a-few minutes. I was able to identify some errors needing amending on the receipt. James was also happy to assist with making those changes for me. Overall brilliant service, friendly and polite. Thanks for your help. Great pos and great customer support.

Magespacex is a very reliable partner. We appreciate their products, modules, and excellent technical support., they are very professional, helpful, and quick. They are experienced with the work. However, customers need to specify their requirements clearly at the initial part of the requirements and upfront. In between, if there are additional requirements, they will charge extra. Highly recommended pos module for our website.

I was using a different manual process to complete our offline stores' orders. I have also tried a couple of other demos from different companies, and This solution was very promising and met our requirements. I Have ordered Four modules last month, Pos, barcode inventory management and order fulfilment and installed them on our website. I can say it this is the best and easy to use system . It has a great value for money totally worth it. I am really happy from the support team specially Mr. tim for being very Helpful and responsive.
