No support and not update from more 2 months ! I bought licence with 18 month support... Chat not response, ticket not response, email not response, Skype not response... My webshop is break from 2 months, impossible finish order !!! not order by my webshop since 2 months ..............!!!!!!! It's big problem for me. If you use extension Magespacex(Majespakex) and read my review, please contact me for found solution please. I search update for Magento 2.4

There is 0 support here! There live chat is not " live" and if you open a ticket you will never receive a response. this is exactly what happened in 2019 after I purchased the extension. Fast forward to today i am upgrading my store and the extension I purchased is not in my user account at all. I found the receipt for it when I purchased it, but I can not download the update as it doesn't even show it exists in my user profile. We are on day 3 and no one has bothered to respond to me or fix this problem. Stay far away from this company and find one who actually has support Update - magespacex replied that they can't find me in there customer list. this is because they deleted my account on August 9th 2021 for what I can only assume is retaliation for leaving this review! I opened a ticket about my problem and not only was my questions never answered a comment was added that said " New comment added by admin: Account has been suspended based on violation of policy. The account has been permanently disabled." So not only is there initial service horrible, but they banned me when I was merely asking to get the updated extension! They claim lifetime updates when you place an order which is clearly a lie! To prove I am a customer below is my invoice, order number and date of purchase which all came from their emailed receipt! Invoice # INV-610801880 for Order # ORD-5702200 . My order was placed on Oct 21, 2019.

Why no one is replying??? We bought the PWA POS extension for Magento 2 and it doesn't work! We've been trying to contact the support for over 3 weeks and there is no reply! We are going to start a chargeback from our credit card as we cannot reach anyone there. The PWA extension brakes the frontend. The products on the POS cannot be added to the cart, we can't change many things. All sold out products are still displayed there.

4 weeks now and still no response from either their Facebook, e-mail, contact form or skype. But they did have time to report my previous reviews while knowing that they are scamming everyone and not giving support after making your purchase. Stay away from this company, you will loose your money.

Bought an extension for magento 2. Comes buggy. Requested for a refund and they promise to refund (I have saved the chat logs as proof). 1 month plus later and hear nothing else from them, no refund was made. Update 11 Aug 2021: no refund was received even though they mentioned it is refunded.

They are the current thief of Bagdad. They are looting people's money using the internet. I had purchased a bundle offer (magento-2-ultimate-omni-package) on last Cyber Monday. I had passed 8 plus months after my purchase but still today they didn't deliver the product and license key. After forcing for a refund they gave me a google drive link where I didn't get my purchased bundle and license key. I have all proof of document of purchase (invoice and my bank statement) with all email correspondence with them. They are fake and fraud. Moreover, always they behave with customers disgracefully so I suggest you guys to beware of them, they trapped you to loot your hard earn money. Note: I hope the Trustpilot authority does not delete this review to help this fraud company. if you guys need I provide you all valid documents of my purchase and corresponding email with them. Can you imagine that they had taken $1299 from me but don't give me the product. Please don't give them chance to trapped people. Update for the reply: They are claiming fake. How can I resale their extension, I am not a programmer, not a software company, rather I run retail e-commerce company who sales pharmacy product. Whereas I failed to install their extension because they never gave me the license key. Now, this thief showed a fake and fabricated email that is not from me. Really, now the world is full of this type of thief, everybody needs to aware of them to protect each other. I think we need an international court where all international purchasers and cross border sales will be governed by the consumer protection law otherwise this type of scammer looting people hard-earn money.

Crooks - don't do business with them!!! These guys stole over $700 from us. We paid for them to install their affiliate extension and they never performed the work and we went with another company but they never gave us a refund. We also paid $400 to customize their Point of Sale solution to show different payment codes and they never performed the work. In addition, they sell their Checkout solution as compatible with Amazon pay - IT IS NOT. When you have an issue and email them, they never reply and when they do, crazy answers like "gee our facility burned down".. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for your extensions.

EDIT 5 - We now have a member of staff from this company leaving fake reviews on our own business profile, it's very sad that this is the case and again to all who are reading this be very careful who you shop with as this company has demonstrated that they are willing to do anything to retaliate. EDIT 4* - They reported my review for the word P - O - S which stands for Point of Sales as this was what I purchased and in the industry this is very commonly used. It's a shame they are still trying to have this taken down and also for trustpilot to continue allowing these to avoid the bad reviews from being displayed. IF only they knew what this abbreviation stood for. As always keep in mind you have this t come when dealing with this company, EDIT 3* - 3 Times they have tried to have my review removed by reporting the review to trustpilot! Guess they want to cover up the poor customer service and continue hiding the fact that they really don't care about their customers who all happen to own businesses so it's really not the wisest thing to do guys :p For anyone reading this, use google and avoid magespacex do yourself a huge favor as your going to end up in the same mess we all did. EDIT 2* - They have now deleted my account and i can no longer login so i have now paid for a broken piece of software and have had my account deleted.... absolute disgrace practice by a company I have ever seen.. seriously why have you done this! As if taking my money was not enough you've blocked me from logging into my account! The best thing is if you use a email they don't have on file you get a reply within 5 minutes if they already have your money say goodbye to any reply I've caught them out a couple of times to see if they where replying to emails and they do just not to the ones who have already spent money! *EDIT - having to re-post this as they flagged my 1st review for having certain words in my review, which is disgusting that they would rather try and avoid the review by having it removed than just reply to paying customers which need help from the broken code they ship! So be warned if you do chose to ignore all the 1-star reviews and need to write a review complaining how bad this company is be ready to alter your review.. Original Review This is the worst company to buy any Magento extensions from! You have been warned!! For many months now they have ignored my emails and never replied to any of the issues we had and then, after waiting weeks for a reply I reached out on social media only to be blocked!! And still no reply to my emails, I decided to see if it was just me and sent them a bogus sales email inquiring about a possible purchase and got a reply within 2 minutes! They clearly selective on who they want to talk to and in this case taking your money and then ignoring you! Sold me a rubbish POS which is still very broken to this day! Don't waste your time or money....
