Paid for this yesterday and today the website is down along with their contact email. WTF is going on!!!

They charge an arm and a leg in gems for video features like Face Swap and Character Swap - and results are garbage. They maintain the facial features of the original video - maybe change hairstyle and clothes, but that's it. However, they'll still charge you the full fee for these useless results. Why not give users a 5-second test run before wasting their money?

Note: Perspective focused on image generation. A certain extent of NSFW is allowed for number of models on the site, but filters seem clearly built to avoid hardcore material and hitting false positives is a realistic possibility, while bias on these occasions seems a little bit vague. Decent site for doing character concepts and such. Their own models have some quirks and drift but are way more lenient and accurate than most "flagship" providers. Bots they have at the moment are quite terrible and have very little understanding of the underlying mechanics. If you have prompting experience or can look up documents or tutorials yourself and want a decent interface while minimising RNG gambling, the site is okay for now. Just keep in mind you can't go absolutely unhinged.

Almost nothing on it actually works as advertised. Prompts are ignored or so badly applied they may a well be, the apps don’t work at all. It’s a compete rip off. They keep responding to complaints and bad reviews saying they are making improvements but nothing improves. It gets worse. They used my credit on their ‘auto create’ campaign tool; I promoted images, it produced a campaign of audio files! Utterly incompetent!! Avoid. You shouldn’t be allowed to sell your product it’s utterly defective and you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Worse Experience ever, I paid the Pro plan they took my money and scammed me. Please do not rely on this generator they will only act right if they feel like it. This is truly depressing. They refused to give me what I paid for, do not ever get Mage.space, they should not get away with it. I personally feel like it deserves lower than 2.6

Terrible, censura brutal sin limite, caro, pagina nada intuitiva, page un mes y anule la cuenta en media hora, el unico video que logre reproducir en un modelo, se supone economico de risa, perdi 27 euros, pero al quitarme de la cuenta fue un alivio, no lo recomiendo a nadie.

Fraudulent charges on credit card. Never subscribed, never even used the service yet have been charged. Either company is compromised or a total scam.

Mage.space, like NightCafe is so constrictive, it is useless to anyone making more than flowers or cats sitting on a couch. I'm hearing people are getting banned. If you have such a constrictive site, put that announcement on the MAIN signup page. Otherwise it looks like you are just dodging it to get money, and then have a hair trigger ban feature. It's time for transparency. You want to have a constrictive site, that's fine, but announce it, don't hide it. Save us money, time and frustration. I know so many people (as well as me) that just cancelled our accounts. Censorship is disgusting, but hiding that fact is also disgusting. Good riddance.
