Magazine paid for but later issues not delivered. Wrote to the company and got no response. Called a month later. Horrible customer service. Was told I needed to call somewhere else. I was given a phone #. It was out of service. And dealing with the AI before you get to speak to anyone - it's lucky I don't have a gun. Follow up - spoke with a supervisor. He said subscription was suspended. (Why?) But he said he straightened out the problem. Will wait and see. The supervisor was reasonable.

Magazines are sent on regular schedule but you cannot unsubscribe or remove your credit card information once it's given to them. Your account will show 'non autorenewing' and they will go ahead and charge/process another year order, not notify you they did so, and in account information, you're unable to delete your credit card information either, to prevent it happening again.
