Email sent by magazines.com states to click here to receive a code to cancel renewal. The click does not result in any code being sent. Instead an 800 number is provided where they require ALL of your CC info, including code etc to Cancel a renewal? They do it twice. That signaled to me a need to cancel my CC and have it replaced, something my CC agreed with. I did it immediately after objecting to their "required process". I was not waiting for the morning to call an alternative 800 number they insist I need to call. Never again.

I read all of the reviews and wish I had read them sooner but had no idea where magazines were coming from. I am getting several cooking magazines that I didn't order. I have been checking my account and credit cards but can't find Magazines.com. They sent me an email to review a magazine. I replied that I did not order any magazines and to stop sending them. I don't have an accound to cancel so not sure what to do now.

I agree with all the Magazines.com reviews where customer service is horrible. I asked for home delivery on two magazines, which I thought went to the actual magazine. Instead they outsourced the payments and what have you through this garbage company magazines.com. I never set up an account with them, in requesting these magazines subscriptions I thought I was contracting with them, not this below par website. I get an email everyday. I have repeatedly gone to the bottom of those emails and unsubscribed and that doesn't work. Got customer service email address, two requests to stop sending me their marketing material and nothing. Just know that when you sign up for a magazine, you are working with this poorly run, non-customer service site, that just wants your money and provide nothing in return. DO NOT bother with the actual magazines anymore, (Real Simple and Better Homes and Gardens) because they contract with this company and also do nothing to make sure customers are handles with real customer service.

We experienced a problem accessing our digital magazine subscription. Many emails, phone calls with no help whatsoever. Will never use them again

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY IVE "EVER" DELT WITH!!!!! If I could give them a minus rating I would. I contacted them 4 times in one year regarding subscriptions to the 3 cooking mag's I purchased for myself and my mother. I told them we never received them. They replied that it takes "time" (this had been 5 mos already) and they would extend the subscription a few months. I got the same answer 3 more times. I'm at the renewal, I cancelled...stay tuned, we'll see if I get charged now. : z

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!! I made a BIG MISTAKE with this company. It is impossible to stop subscriptions ( I foolishly signed up for 5). You can't talk to a person, only a robot who is not helpful.

Don't do it!! Your subscription will be very difficult to cancel. When canceling you will be given the run around in the hopes you will give up, don't give in!

I went looking for an LGBTQ+ focused magazine and thought I would find at least one if not many titles.... not a single offering for a subscription. Just a single token issue from Entertainment Weekly dated 2017. It is currently 2026. How disappointing.
