Good quality bad customer service, Because my 3 albums that were approved before print did not make it in the magazine. Thats my Only disappointment. I made a book for my sisters birthday. I like the cover and picture ideas inside. What I don’t care for is that the pages are redundant, repeating the same few stories. In addition the font is different on several pages; large print on some and small on others, bold on some pages and not on others. It looks like several people were given the assignment to write the story and they each got a page in the book.
