I had a bad experience. It wasn't properly explained to me that I had to pay extra for the printing and design; I wasn't properly informed about my right of withdrawal either, and my emails are being ignored. Never again.

I am beyond frustrated with this experience, and honestly, angry that I paid for this. This was supposed to be a special gift, not a source of stress. During the creation process, they spelled my name wrong, and after I paid good money for a personalized product, that's inexcusable. To make it worse, the photo on the cover was blown up so large it completely covered my name, so the one thing that was supposed to make this personal wasn't even visible. I contacted support expecting them to actually fix the problem I was paying them to get right. They adjusted the photo, fine, but somehow botched my name a SECOND time — even after I spelled it out for them directly. How do you mess up the same thing twice after being told exactly how to fix it? I didn't spend my money for excuses and do-overs. I expected a quality, personalized product and instead got carelessness and wasted time. I am genuinely disappointed and frankly angry that this is what I got for my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially not for something meant to be a meaningful gift.
