I recently purchased a BTS kit for my daughter, and she was thrilled. Unfortunately, I personally made a huge mistake that damaged the canvas early on. I reached out to Made with Diamonds to see if there was anything that could be done, and I was blown away by their response. Even though the mistake was 100% mine, they handled the situation with extreme generosity and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter could finish her art. It is rare to find a company with this much heart. They have earned a customer for life!

I would give it 0 stars if it let me. I ordered a kit and received someone else's order. I understand it is the holidays and things were busy-accidents happen. I reached out about getting the corrected order. Someone responded and asked me to send a photo of what I received. I sent that in along with the photo that I was supposed to receive. I have heard nothing back. Bad customer service.

I have still not received my project even though I was charged the day (Dec 2) for the peoject. I have emailed 2 times and never receive a reply!

I would love to give a glowing endorsement of my product, but after more than 4 weeks I still haven’t received my order! I had planned to make my diamond dotz, frame it and give as a gift, however it’s going to come much too late for this.
