I bought this for my daughter’s birthday. I received the wrong kit. I asked for e refund because there was no way another one would get to me in time. I received an email stating they re-shipped the correct one and allow 15 days for shipping. I will NEVER order from them again. There are many companies that value their customers, this is definitely not one of them!

The colors were not right for the picture. This was to be a gift, However have chosen not to give it as the gift because of how poorly the picture turned out.

I found you by accident. I usually use paint with diamonds, but I couldn't get the pictures to load. I found your site and took a chance. I got my merchandise 2 weeks faster and I ordered 3 projects from you where I ordered only 1 from them. I haven't started putting the gems on yet, so I will write another review after I get the projects completed.

Great product and fast service

The Dotz kit looks really nice; I haven't started it yet. This company had a lot of kits that you can't find on Amazon. Also, the customer service is very good. I didn't realize my order was shipping from China. The shipping took much longer than predicted. The person I spoke with issued a small credit which made me feel better.

I love diamond paint. I am working on the cross and using the the light paid that works so well. Later I will order more in about 2 months.

They do a great job with custom diamond paintings definitely use this company again and again

I have to say that the 3 star rating is because I have not received my item yet. I ordered a custom piece and realize its takes longer to receive...and it ships from China. So I cannot give any reviews on this item yet. It's been 2 weeks since I ordered and when I do finally get my order I will post an honest review.
