I am currently working on my second personalized piece and I am very happy with the quality. The patterns are very clearly labeled and the finished product looks just like the submitted photo. I have a third kit on its way and have recommended your site to others.

My custom painting arrived today & none of the drills provided correspond with the chart. I have a picture of a black & white dog & drills in various shades of pink. I gave 2 stars instead of only 1 because I'm hoping at some point I get a response from my email, although as I never received any communication regarding despatch or delivery I don't hold out much hope.

A white dress turn out to be multi coloured and although the art work should have been 50 cm x 50 cm, it turn out to be 46 cm x 56 cm

I haven't used this site before, but I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't wait as long as I expected. It took 10 days for product to arrive, and I'm thrilled with it. I couldn't wait to get started. I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing the final result. I will certainly use this site again

I emailed you about making my canvas larger for better clarity and you emailed me back saying you would email me after printing if it wasn't clear enough and it just showed up today and isn't big enough and not what I wanted.
