Hi, thank you for taking the time to explain this in detail. A promotion that is not clear about which sizes it covers is on us, not on you. If the visuals showed both templates, it is completely understandable that you expected both to be included in the offer. Please send your screenshot to [email protected] with "Trustpilot - quilt templates" in the subject line. We will review it and, if the ad was ambiguous, we will honor the 8.99 price on the large square templates for you. We would rather fix this than leave you with that impression of us.

Hi, we are sorry for the late reply here, and sorry that your original question never got an answer. Telling you an item was out of stock and then going quiet when you asked about the rest of your order is not acceptable, and that one is on us. We have since changed how we handle orders with an out-of-stock item, so the shipping date for the remaining items is confirmed to you up front instead of leaving you to chase us. If anything on that order is still unresolved, email [email protected] with "Trustpilot - July order" and your order number and we will close it out.

Roughly six months old, and the costliest of the batch: a repeat customer who left, plus she paid $9.80 to return something she believes was mis-listed. The damage isn't the bag, it's being told she was wrong. Reply to copy-paste: Hi, we are sorry for the late reply, and sorrier about how this was handled. You had ordered from us many times before this. When a long-standing customer tells us a page showed three bags, the right response is to look at that page carefully, not to insist the order was correct. And you should not have paid to return an item you only received because of confusion on our side. If your refund did not come through, or the 9.80 return cost was not reimbursed, email [email protected] with "Trustpilot - quilt storage bags" and your order number. We will refund both. We would rather earn you back than win the argument.

Hi, thank you for the honest feedback, and sorry for the slow reply. A bag that feels flimsy and has pockets you cannot actually use is not what we want to be selling, especially at that price. We have passed your comments on the zippered pockets and the overall build to the product team, since that is the kind of detail we can only get from people who have used the item. If you still have it and want to return it, email [email protected] with "Trustpilot - carry all organizer" and we will look at it for you even though it is outside the normal return window.

Hi, we are sorry for the late reply, and sorry this was ever handled that way. When a parcel is marked delivered but the customer does not have it, asking them to keep looking is not a resolution. Our policy is to reship or refund once a customer confirms they have checked the usual places, which you clearly did. That should have happened on your first message. If you were never refunded or resent your order, email [email protected] with "Trustpilot - missing delivery" and your order number. We will refund it, no further questions. That was a bad experience and we do not defend it.

Hi, we are sorry for the late reply. You asked for either the missing red inserts or a refund, and getting neither is not acceptable. If an item is unavailable we should say so and refund you the same day, not leave the order open. If that refund never came through, email [email protected] with "Trustpilot - red organizer inserts" and your order number and we will process it straight away. We are sorry we lost you over something this easy to fix.

Hi, we are sorry for the late reply. We do use automation to answer common questions quickly, and you are right that it should be obvious when you are talking to a system rather than a person. If that was not clear, that is a fair criticism and we have taken it. Anyone who wants a human can have one. Reply to any of our emails asking to speak to a person, or write to [email protected] with "human please" in the subject, and a member of the team takes it over. Sorry we did not give you that on the first try.
