Hi, we are sorry for the very late reply, and sorry you could not reach us at the time. Four days without an answer is not how we want to treat someone who has been buying from us for years. The caps on the white marking pens were a real problem, and throwing away pens you paid for is not something you should have had to absorb. Our email is [email protected] and it is monitored daily. If you write to us with "Trustpilot - marking pens" we will replace the box you could not open.
